The interactions between Users and AskForNudes should be governed by the Terms of Service, which may also be referred to as "Agreement". The Models' Terms of Use are additional terms which apply only if You use AskForNudes as the Model.

Before using the Website, please carefully read the Agreement. If there is anything in the Agreement that You disagree with, please stop using the Website.

To understand how We process Personal Data, please refer to Our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Agreement and must be read in conjunction with them and before accessing the Company’s Services.

• 1. REFUNDS
  • 1.1. Refund. If a Fan is dissatisfied with a purchase, they can contact support support@askfornudes.com for a refund within 12 hours of payment. The Fan must provide payment details, the Model's account name, and the reason for requesting a refund.
  • 1.2. We will review the request within 3 business days. If there are valid grounds for a refund, the Fan will receive a refund minus any payment processing fees. AskForNudes is not making any promise that we will give You a refund.
  • 1.3. If we issue a refund in Our sole discretion, We will credit the payment method You used for that payment. We will not make refunds in the form of cash, check, or free services.
  • 1.4. The provision of a refund in one instance does not entitle You to a refund in the future for similar instances, nor does it require AskForNudes to issue refunds in the future under any circumstance.
  • 1.5. If the refund request is deemed unjustified, the payment will not be refunded.
  • 1.6. You agree not to make unjustified refund or chargeback requests. If we determine that a refund or chargeback request was made in bad faith, we may suspend or delete Your account.
  • 1.7. If we terminate Your rights to use the platform due to a breach of this Agreement, You will not be entitled to a refund.
• 2. REFUND POLICY CHANGES
  • 2.1. AskForNudes is entitled to make changes to this Policy without the Consent of the User.
  • 2.2. We may occasionally change and update Our Refund Policy, so please review it frequently. All changes and updates to this Policy are effective when posted on the Website.
  • 2.3. If there are any changes to this Policy that We believe are material, We will make every effort to notify You in advance through Your contact information provided to Us or by posting a notice on the Website. It is the responsibility of the User to review this Refund Policy constantly to know the changes made, if applicable.
